{ A new low }

Ok, so today I stooped to a new low. I Used my Faith and asked God to smite grasshoppers everywhere. We just got back from spending the weekend in Spokane, and when I went out to check the garden, there were millions, yes millions of grasshoppers
everywhere........and EVERYTHING that had come up before we left was now gone. YES GONE!!!!! carrots, peas, beans, beets, lettuce, spinach, Swiss chard, squash, zucchini, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, pumpkins, cabbage, cucumbers, all gone!!! So I very loudly asked God to smite grasshoppers everywhere! I also asked him to send fire down and consume them!!!! Is this is crazy use for my faith........noooooo! Those little green guys ate our food supply!!!!!!!! So, while I'm waiting on God for the smiting and consuming fire, I'm going to the hardware store to get some pesticides! I have to do my part right!

This is a picture I took on fathers day, of all the girls, addy, mayce, elsie, jolie and baylee eating lunch with my dad. My dad is a kid magnet. They love him. He's even cooler now with an eye patch. The girls think he's a pirate!

Mayce helped me make rolls this last weekend. Well, ok......she helped spread flour from one end of the kitchen to to other, and then preceded to spread it all over herself! I love my Messy Mayce!


This is the dragon fly the girls caught last week. They were so excited to see the first dragonfly of the season. We "rescued him from the heat of the car" and brought him safely to my birthday rose!

Here are some pics of our house, now that I'm finally getting everything settled. We love it!!! And I'm loving decorating, after 9 months of not having our things!!!

{ Fun with cousins }

Buck's Brother and his family came to see us this week from Tucson. We had a great time. It was rainy and cold so we didn't do a lot, but we still had fun being together!

Here are the 5 muley bucks that were in our back yard this weekend, right off the deck! All in velvet. They were beautiful, of course buck just wants to shoot them and mount them on the wall!!!!!

Here are some pictures i snapped of the girls on Sunday! I caught them laughing hysterically at Buck. He was pretending the "Hop grassers" (my girls won't call them grass hoppers) were eating him.......and the girls thought it was the funniest and silliest thing they had ever seen!!!!!

OH MAN!!!!! We had so much fun! I could have bought absolutely everything and taken it home!!!!! So many cool vendors and awesome JUNKE!!!!!!! Junking is one of my favorite things to do!!!! This is going to have to be a annual girls trip. Except next year I need to take A LOT OF MONEY and a truck and trailer!!!! I'll post more pictures later. I'll show what I'm doing with some of the stuff too!

{ I'm Off }

I'm off to Spokane with my best friend Renee for the weekend for a super fun flee market!!!! We have the same crazy "junk" taste and style! Girls trip here we come! I can't wait!!!! I'm hoping to find some cheap and wonderful treasures! Have a great weekend!

I was looking at the blogs I follow today, and this made me laugh out loud!!!! Stacy Jullian from big picture scrapbooking always has a quote of the day and today she wrote this:

REALLY? Who says that about themselves! OK MARTHA DOES!!!! LAUGH OUT LOUD! I agree with Stacy if it's so " Ingeniously organized and perpetually clean" she doesn't actually use it very often!!!! Well it was nice to have a laugh today!!!!
